His "prophecies" were false.
I have read about and even played with and studied Bible codes through many years. And, I totally love that God has embedded them in the Holy Scriptures, God is fun like that! But, the Bible codes cannot be used to predict things, they can only be used to look up things that have already happened for us, but had not happened at the time the Bible was written. I gave him two stars instead of one because his book does kind of read like a novel. If you can filter through his predictions malarkey, and either focus on the fact that there are awesome hidden messages in the Bible that no man could have put there, or just read it like a fictional novel, then it is an "ok" book.
THE MESSAGE
# Follow… د المطلب ابن هاشم (Abū al-Qāsim Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib ibn Hāshim) or just call him, “Muhammad,” an evil madman and lunatic straight to into HELL… # No-peace-upon-him as the doctrine of hatred a web of such deception that only Satan could have invented Islam to destroy all of humankind by proselyting themselves on woven rugs spreading their heresy up to our Heavenly Father and poison the plant earth. Complicated isn’t it to understand this insanity and why is it so confusing, perhaps by evil intent? Such is the thesis of SATAN who so reins over earth to harm, kill and destroy God’s chosen people by the hand of a false and illiterate so-called prophet along with his self-grandees appointed pagan deity called, “Allāh;” to carry out Satan’s evil and instruct the condemned souls with such foolishness as they desire death for Allāh according to Satan’s plan with the promise of a Jihad and to reap the rewards of the 72-virgins. What about the Eves of Islam? Who’s waiting in paradise for these blindly cloaked women who have been diminished to sex slaves on earth for the black hooded Adams’ to carry out their caliphate? Whose grandiose plan is it for this ends of days they so desire? Who’s going to prevail on earth as it is in heaven and who’s forever consigned to the fires of HELL, lest we forget to believe by loss of our faith? A vision came to me in a dream of my moments stood still in time with the beginnings of days until the ends of time. There was Adam and Eve; a magicka belief of Islam were of God’s human creation, who’ve so fell from grace by sin, expelled from paradise by the temptation of Satan. There was Noah; a righteous man built an ark to begin again after the great flood by Thy Wrath against the godlessness of pagan worship, again by the hand of Satan. Then God delivered the promise of hope with a rainbow. There was Abraham; father of two nations and chosen by God. Then came forth by Abraham’s seed, Ishmael from Hagar with the blessing to prosper of other nations. Then came forth by Abraham’s seed, Isaac from Sarai; child of promise begotten for the chosen people, spared from sacrifice to bring forth the new Lamb of promise. There was Moses; “I Am,” said He, “I Am.” Moses obeyed and the first born male Jewish slaves of Egypt were spared at Passover and freed for 40 years’ times 40 more to live by God’s Commandants of the Covenant until Prophets proclaimed the Son of Man would bring forth the promise and to be saved by Grace. Yeshua; Son of Man, Lamb of God came forth until the day and time of the end of days in a blink of an eye to fulfil His promise and like a Lion to defeat Satan’s chain of evil on 2/3’s of all mankind for salvation of the remaining and righteous third, for: “I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.” Ezekiel 25:17. Yeshua was and is Perfect forever without end. Past-present Muhammad, self-proclaimed slave and messenger to a spurious pagan god named Allāh, was purveyor of the nations of Islam and by the translation of Islam is “submission” to Allāh’s and their jointly evil whims to oppress lost souls and bring forth the antichrist to condemn their ilk to the gates of HELL for their final end without beginning. “Taqiyya,” Islamic principle of lying for the sake of Allāh is okay by Satan who is so perfectly happy by this deception because he wrote and created the Qur’an with a fake god in mind to replace the Torah and attempt to destroy the fulfillment of the New Covenant by Grace such as the hoax of the gospel of Barnabas. Satan enlisted Muhammad to follow this sham willingly by greed and conquest. Then Muhammad appointed himself as Allāh’s “holy” messenger to further corrupt, suppress and torment humankind for satanical whims of earthly things while the sado-submissives head-to-toe in pajamas raise their offensive stink up to heaven five times a day with their repetitive and hollow Muslim prayers without beginning or end. What’s the point of all of this madness of a 1400-year-old occult that still thrives? Why not? Satan exists and thrives to despise God’s creation and he is forever consigning the lost souls by man’s freewill to the depths of the lake fires in HELL.

Michael Drosnin' s three books on the same subject have opened a bottomless pit of knowledge which I have found fascinating and enlightening. These books are to be read with an open mind, and will be of invaluable help to those who are open to bigger and better things - - far beyond and ahead of our limited teachings. You will not be disappointed, as long as you belong to this group of individuals.

If you are at all interested in the Bible you will be interested to know that there is a Bible Code written by God that can only be accessed by computers. There are three books and a DVD. I bought the DVD and it is facinating! The Bible Code is used by many people in high places.....
approach with caution
Bible Code enthusiasts believe God put hidden messages in the Bible for us to find with a computer, however, when you read this man's book, a whole different picture emerges. He states over and over again that he does not believe in God. Then somewhere towards the end of the book, he tells you what he DOES believe. He believes that the Bible Codes are real, but the Bible and its codes were not written by God, but by an alien intelligence that came to us from another planet in a UFO. AND... He claims that there is a Bible Code Key, a steel obelisk buried beneath the salt encrusted land of the Dead Sea, and it is his goal to find it. This key is supposed to contain all knowledge of humanity and it was brought to earth by aliens in a UFO, the ones who supposedly created us. He states we are destined to find this obelisk when the end times are upon us. Incidentally, the Dead Sea, including the land around it, is geographically the lowest point on earth and is considered by some Christian theologians to be the main gateway to hell. AND... This man is bouncing back and forth between world leaders telling them of his dire predictions, BUT that the predictions are actually just "warnings", and we can work to change the outcomes by working together for peace. When his predictions don't come true, he goes back to the computer program and types in different trigger words until he gets the prediction to say what he wants it to say. Or, he claims that we can somehow manage to avoid making the dire prediction come true by taking defensive action soon enough. He predicted a smallpox epidemic to strike Israel in 2005. That didn't happen. Did anyone take action to prevent it? He predicted a nuclear attack on New York or Israel in 2006 (we have a little over 2 months left in 2006 to see if that one comes true). The test of a true prophecy of God is that it will always come true. I was given the very distinct impression that this man's approach to Bible Codes, using them to predict the future, is the handiwork of Satan, and may prove to be a primary tool of the False Prophet. The book Alien Encounters by Chuck Missler hypothesizes that the Antichrist's arrival will be accompanied by a skyful of UFOs, and the Antichrist will then claim that the raptured (missing) Christians were taken by the UFOs because they need to be "re-educated", and here Drosnin is stating a firm belief in aliens as our creators. God warns against listening to soothsayers, mediums, fortunetellers and the like. This really isn't much different. And why would God use an admitted atheist to minister His prophecies to the world? He wouldn't. Christians should ignore Drosnin's Bible Codes, or, at the very least, approach them with great skepticism. If you have an interest in Bible Codes, stick to the writings of Christians, such as Chuck Missler or the Christian Jewish Minister Yacov Rambsel. I also recommend reading the book Alien Encounters by Missler.
Makes You Think!
This is the second book by Michael Drosnin that I have read (the first being "The Bible Code"), and I must say that I was "pulled in" by both! I honestly could not put either of them down - in fact I read this book in just one night. I think Michael does a good job of making the info. he & Rips have found understandable to all of society - a point I think is of great importance. I've noticed that some other readers didn't care for the way he handled his search for the obelisk, yet I enjoyed the adventure of that part of his book - and if there really is such an object, his would turn out to be a journey much like "Indiana Jones" (hopefully without all of the violence!!) Overall, I started reading his books not sure of what to beleive, and I must say that I am now leaning towards believing that the bible code does, in fact, exist. It's a scarey thought though...
Interesting reading
Lots of interesting facts about how to manipulate the Hebrew text, backwards and forward. I think you could get very compulsive about searching the text, hoping for what you are looking for. The best thing is to get saved and look forward to the return of Jesus.
I wish he would tell us in the Bible where ...
I wish he would tell us in the Bible where he gets hos codes. It would add to the integrity of the book. Also the codes are sometimes too terse. Maybe there are some other relevant words in these codes that he is missing, which would tell their own story.
Still the nagging feeling of truth....
First of all, as I stated in my review of the original book, it would be fairly easy to fool me. I am not a cryptographer, nor a statistician, nor a reader of Hebrew, nor a scholar of the Torah. Yet, after reading this book all the way through, it still has the nagging feeling of truth to it. This would seem to be the "sealed book" mentioned in Isaiah. The author hammers home his warning of atomic terrorism in 2006, as well as, the fact that we are in "the end of days." He also includes the code table that covers all the details of the September 11th attacks. Plus, the other code matrixes dealing with bin Laden are included. He even includes incredibly relevent and accurate matrixes dealing with recent U.S. politics. However, the truly mind boggling revelations deal with what he has found concerning the "code key" and its origins. It may sound too fantastic to be believed, until you reflect that it is in agreement with the published views of Sir Francis Crick, co-discoverer of the DNA helix..... While I have an absolute certainty in my own mind that God exists, I have no use for organized religion, so I have no fundamentalist ax to grind. I have a couple technical degrees and have worked in engineering, so I do not think that I am a totally credulous dupe. I've even obtained the software to test it myself. There is something here. I can't see how anyone with even a half-way open mind can simply dismiss it (unless you are a "fundamentalist" materialist.) Indeed, from what I've read of some of the critical reviews, it is obvious from their statements that the authors have not actually read either book, or if they did, they were incapable of following the technical side of the arguement. As I stated before, if it does turn out that this is an elaborate hoax it will not shake my beliefs. However, if you do concede that it exists, then some detailed soul searching would seem to follow of necessity....
Excellent Book!
I LOVE this series of books! I, II, & III were all excellent in their explantaion of how these predictions were found, & WHY they are profound. They are self proving because no matter if the prediction is found before or after the event, they are ALWAYS ACCURATE! And the existance of the Code also proves Sir Issac Newton truly WAS a genius & not some religious fanatic!
