For all people that thinning that Im stupid to not see 141 liters is to much, well some recepis have over 200 litres of olive oil in it. The oil is coming to factory in 1000 litres tanks. We cook sauce between 1000 to 10 000 liters at once. So numbers on recepis very a lot.

So many dumb fucks saying 141 liters of oil is too much. Of course not, it depends. What if the frier, tank or wherever this oil is going too has a capacity of a thousand liters? Then 14% of oil is an extremely little quantity

I had a job shooting a mixture into these flat panels and the mixture expanded into foam to insulate. The panels have time limits on how much foam to shoot into them. One huge panel didn't have the time written on it so I took it upon myself to get the time off the build sheet but looked at the wrong number and over shot the mixture. That panel split and foam shot all the floor which had to be scrapped up. The foam gets super hot when it expands. It was like a $1200 panel.
